Ailancy is, in its legitimate interest, responsible for processing the user’s personal data for the purposes of managing responses and applications. The said data is stored on servers in France. The data collected via the contact form is not kept after Ailancy has responded to the user’s request. The data collected via the recruitment form is kept by Ailancy for a period not exceeding 12 months, in order to follow up on applications.
The user has, with regard to the personal data communicated, rights of access, rectification, opposition, limitation and oblivion, under the conditions and within the limits provided for by law 09-08 on the control of personal data protection of 18 February 2009.
