Personal data protection is a key issue for insurers and aims to strengthen customer data use protection.
For a leading international general insurer, as well as for its bancassurance subsidiary, our approach consisted of 3 phases: First, a scoping and Gap analysis phase to review the requirements required by current regulations and then conduct Gap analysis with local regulations.
A second phase to elaborate a register of personal data processing, followed by a third and final phase to design an implementation roadmap with the development of certain quick wins (drafting of procedures linked to Data Privacy in particular).
For both our clients, our intervention has allowed us to ensure a long-term compliance with the Group’s standards and local regulations. It also allowed our clients to convey a strong message of respect for the highest quality standards.
As part of an ambitious strategic plan, our client aims to develop the innovation culture within his teams by launching an innovation and change management program.
